jaala(And yes, though I'm sometimes not all that proud to admit it, I do hold U.S. citizenship myself.)
This looks like it could be a good idea. I don't like the concept that the U.S. has to throw its weight around in order for the Security Council to come up with a stronger resolution... but that's the probably the way it has to work if anything substantial is to be done.
