Progress on my visa application for the SWAP program is coming along pretty well, though nowhere near as quickly as I'd like. All that remains is to obtain a bank letter verifying that I have the appropriate support funds (currently being deposited into my new bank account). I was required to purchase insurance and book plane tickets in order to apply... so they'd better not turn me down now that I've spent all this money!

The new user icon is from my visa photo. My hair is growing, slowly. I'm not sure what the authorities will think of my appearance though...

Where are you SWAPping to? Paul and I were thinking of going to the UK. How are you finding the process?

I'm going to the UK! I'm finding the process surprisingly smooth. They guide you through everything. I can imagine that it would be considerably more of a pain if I didn't have Odyssey Travel (or Travel Cuts etc.) within easy reach though.

Yes, I've seen it but only once and it was a long time ago.

Most movies stars are gorgeous, so I guess I should take that as a compliment. ;-)
