After using it for less than an hour, I've already come up with three suggestions for Palm LiveJournal:

a) allow cut-and-paste and include Graffiti help in the menu - writing links without either of these is a damn nuisance
b) don't delete the entry when the Applications button is pressed - perhaps I'd like to multitask (check how to write a HTML brackets, for instance)
c) please, please, please make a version that can HotSync to OS's other than UNIX - for wannabe geeks like me who are stuck using Windows*

As one might guess, I wrote a semi-lengthy entry on my Palm, lost it, wrote another and then was unable to do anything with it.

Mum, Deirdre and I made a short, slightly rainy, low-key but pleasant outing to the zoo yesterday. I was also supposed to accompany them to the CNE today, but managed to dawdle the night away (nothing productive like practicing or cleaning) without becoming even remotely sleepy until 6am. By 8am, the time appointed to wake up today, I was out like a light. When I was finally groggily awake I urged Mum to meet Deirdre downtown without me, which she did. (Deirdre attended a dance class in Toronto this morning.) Since then, I have drifted in and out of consciousness and done basically nothing. So there's my day.

I have been trying out different LiveJournal clients to see if I can find one I like better than Windows Lite. See below for my (brief) experience with Palm LiveJournal. This entry is being written in Livelizard, which can be used offline and is nice for simple writing but has incovenient (for my uses) HTML and can't be used to edit past entries. Now downloading Semagic...

Since I'm so compulsive, I'm posting memories of the acts I saw at the improv festival on the days they occurred, starting with Friday, August 16.

I've already talked the ear off my family, so my memory is not so fresh and I don't have the incredible need to share. If anybody was really interested in hearing about it, I'm going to be posting what I have to say, which is still plenty.
