settling down a little bit more
Sep. 22nd, 2003 01:56 amThough I'm still seized fairly frequently with fits of Oh my G-d, what have I done?!, I'm beginning to feel a bit more at home here.
I'm more and more insanely busy each day. I simply can't move fast enough or live on coffee as everyone else seems to do. If this doesn't let up, I have no frickin' clue how I'm going to handle this without giving myself pneumonia, failing, or dropping a course.
I still haven't: completely unpacked, arranged for lactose-free food, set up an appointment at the Adaptive Technology Lab, visited any store off-campus, taken the bus downtown, had my flute repaired, bought required flute books, registered for Link, backed-up all my data and turned in my laptop for repairs, found an accompanist, gotten my hair cut... And of course there's the innumerable unfinished readings, assigned listening, and projects.
I did finally got to write an email to people at Mt A to tell them why I transferred, so I feel relieved about that. Now, back to work...
