The Doctor (Tom Baker) and Romana
It looks like a resemblance to me and I wonder if it's at all intentional.
Remarkably, I have never seen an entire episode of Doctor Who, though I've wanted to for a long time--just clips on the internet. The Tom Baker episodes aired after a show I watched as a child, however, so I'm familiar with the introductory credits. They scared the bejeebers out of me and I never dared watch the actual program.
