BBC7 is playing The Vinyl Cafe. Interesting. Now, if only they'd play something Canadian on non-digital British radio, I'd have somewhere to turn when I start pining for Canadian accents. If I make it back to the UK, of course, which is still up in the air.
Anyhow, I just thought some non-Canadians might be interested. Unfortunately, the CBC doesn't have "Listen Again" features on its website so if you miss a show that isn't one of the three (!) they podcast, you're out of luck. The Vinyl Cafe is a decent programme, not uproariously funny or anything but a gently humourous show to keep one company.
For CBC comedy content, I'm personally more into (current) Madly Off In All Directions and (past) Royal Canadian Air Farce, The Frantics, The Dead Dog Cafe, The Muckraker and Wayne and Shuster. But that's just me; Vinyl Cafe is actually quite popular.
