Miscellaneous, summary

jaalaI have tickets to see Barenaked Ladies with Danny Michel at a fundraiser for the Hillside Festival in July! This will be my second time seeing them. (Unless they're having a really bad day, they are guaranteed good entertainment.) I'd like to see the Festival too, but my usual company at such events--my Mum--doesn't know the line-up and is therefore not very interested in going.
I finally got a drive to Fort Beauséjour (and it took less than ten minutes). Not a whole lot left there, but it's still interesting. Also enjoyed the high winds (no mosquitos!) and the great view of the Bay of Fundy and the surrounding towns.
And just to demonstrate that I do notice things about the outside world occasionally: gay marriages have been legalized in Ontario. Ottawa is moving in the same direction.
