Jul. 4th, 2003 09:01 pmImogen moved into her July and August apartment. Officially, she's still taking care of the cat here but I doubt I'll see her more than once before I leave. The house seems very quiet. As nice as Sackville is--and I'm very much going to miss it--there are far fewer people with whom too associate now that summer term is over. The final Sackville piano lesson happens tomorrow at the Conservatory; I'll say goodbye to my flute professor too. Many of professors still do not know I'm transferring, and I haven't the heart to tell them because I feel somehow guilty about it. My train leaves on Sunday.
I had to pay $18.75 in late charges today because the music librarians haven't been checking the drop box. Most irritating. (Five items are still on record as checked out though I returned them yesterday, so those fines will probably turn up on my record too... eventually.)
Rehearsal for "Down to the River to Pray" went well, though we're still doing it "Down in the River to Pray", which I suspect is not right. I have to get to church by 9:15 this Sunday. It will be quite the challenge, since I'm usually late for 11 o'clock services.
Neither university has let me know how much transfer credit I would get, and if I go to Queen's I'm expected to be registered by July 11. (Yikes!)
