It makes me go weak in the knees to read about this. (This too, though I doubt I'd have the prerequisites. This would also be very interesting.)

At this point I'm daydreaming but I am seriously considering applying for the summer term. I really want to go there at some point; it's a questions of whether I will apply this year or the next. I need to make some money--especially if I want to go to the ISC--and the summer term conflicts with the only summer job that currently looks like a real possibility. I already have other summer commitments that conflict with the aforementioned possible job (at Fort Henry) so it's all still a muddle in my head. At the same time: will I be able to rationalize taking second- and third-year courses at the ISC a year from now?

I think you should actually dye your hair blue. It would look *so* cool.

Unrelatedly, is it just me, or is your hair getting darker with every set of userpics I see?

Really... you think? What shade of blue? Wouldn't anything dark make me look even more pale? I've always balked at the idea of dying my hair because it's already so damaged and I couldn't be bothered with the (re-dying) upkeep.

As to whether it's getting darker without the aid of dye... I don't know. My hair was reddish as a baby and really light blonde as a young child; does hair colour continue to change (aside from eventually losing its pigmentation) once one has reached full adult stature? I suspect you're just seeing the usual fluctuation in colour from summer to winter and different lighting conditions. BTW, the original pic looked like this.
